Airgun Warriors Main Forum Rules

  1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to dubious websites will be deleted immediately.
  2. Do not create multiple member profiles; only one profile per person allowed.
  3. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.
  4. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be banned from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.
  5. Harassment. No threats, harassment or defamation of other users, dealers or other members of the trade will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for being banned from the forums.
  6. Do not reply to topics/posts that contravene rules 3 and 4. Either use the “Report” button on the offending post or contact one of the admins directly and include a link to the offending post/topic.
  7. Adult content. Profanity or pornography is NOT permitted. Posts containing pornography material will be deleted. Do not use excessive vulgar language in your posts.
  8. No political or religious discussions permitted. No political usernames or statements. No political statements in profile signatures. No vulgar usernames permitted.
  9. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is permitted. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
  10. Topics/posts about criminal airgun activity reported in the media is not welcome in the airgun forums. For example; newspaper articles, TV reports, internet articles on police plots etc. Discuss these in the Off Topic forums.
  11. Private “For sale” items and services go on the classifieds. No exceptions. No links to Gunbroker or other auction sites.
  12. No unauthorized dealer, members of the trade or airgun centric website promotions or adverts are permitted. If in doubt contact the site owner for clarification or permission.
  13. LDC and moderator discussion can NOT be addressed on this forums, PERIOD. Such discussions on legality, how to, buy from etc is NOT welcome here. Go to sites that specialize in those discussions such as Silencer Talk.
  14. Firearm talk on the airgun forums should be restricted to the occasional comparison of the .22LR or other rounds as it pertains to their performance against airgun equipment.
  15. No illegal or unethical material in terms of USA laws is permitted. Hunting images are welcome only together with the hunting or pest eliminating story or preferable posted in the hunting forum.
  16. Only honest and ethical dealers and tuners can be mentioned in topics/posts. This forum actively supports and encourages progress in our sport through innovation. Therefore no one who dishonestly exploits the creative work or trust of others can be allowed to profit from exposure on this forum.
  17. Don’t complain about the way the forum is run or why posts get deleted. Either PM a moderator or contact an admin for an explanation.
  18. All the forum rules are interpreted and invoked solely by the administrators and moderators. The decisions they may take in enforcing the these rules are final.

Airgun Warriors Classifieds Forum Rules

Posting guidelines:
If your post gets deleted, you didn’t read this and violated one or more of the selling rules. By advertising here you warrant that you have read, understood and will abide by the rules stipulated below. If it is found that you are repeatedly flouting or trying to “game” these rules your access to the classifieds will be restricted. In severe cases you may be banned from the forum entirely.

Airgunwarriors.com, its owners and representatives, will not be held responsible for any transactions that may result in damages either to the buyer or the seller. Airgunwarriors.com, its owners and representatives will not referee, arbitrate, commiserate, mitigate, nor comment on any sale or trade on this platform. The risk rests solely with the buyer and the seller. It’s your responsibility to obey all Local, State and Federal laws.

  1. Private sales only, no vendor/commercial/member of the trade sales whatsoever. Sponsoring dealers to post all adverts in the Dealer Classifieds, Specials and News forum.
  2. Sales (WTS:) and Trade (WTT:) listings are limited to residents of the Continental US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the United States Virgin Islands.
  3. All For Sale adverts must state an asking price. No exceptions!
  4. Only airgun related and airgun centric items may be advertised in the listings system. No firearms related listings are permitted.
  5. Do not list more than one advert for an item that already has an active listing. If you list an item more than once the newest listing will be deleted.
  6. List your adverts here fully or do not list them here at all. Do not invite buyers to contact you for a list of stuff for sale. Do not post links to third party websites that host your adverts.
  7. Only upload your own images of your item for sale. Do not upload manufacturer, stock or brochure images, such images will be deleted from your listing.
  8. Uploading images from someone else’s listing, especially from a different website will be considered fraud, your advert will be marked as a Scam and you will be banned from the site in perpetuity.
  9. All adverts are set to expire 14 days after initial posting. You will receive an emailed listing renewal notice 2 days prior to expiry, if you choose to renew that will serve as the listing “bump to the top”.
  10. Do not habitually delete your existing advert/s in order to relist so as to bypass the “renew to bump to the top” system. Your listings will be deleted and your access to the system removed if you abuse this system.
  11. If your item/s are sold/found/traded then click the “Mark As Sold” button that can be found in the “Edit Ad” function. While you are in the editing mode, also change the title prefix to “SOLD:”.
  12. As a courtesy please prefix your listing title with whichever is appropriate to your listing WTS: (Want to sell) or WTB: Want to buy” or WTT: (Want to trade) or Free:
  13. Items that are not airgun related such as knives, sunglasses, clothing, cameras, cushions, keychains/fobs, patches, etc. can be posted in the Flea MarketNo firearms related listings are permitted. Deprecated
  14. “Silencer/LDC/Moderator/Shroud” sales are permitted. All such listings must state “For airgun use only” in the body of the advert.
  15. Dealers, vendors or members of the trade that wish to advertise or promote their business, services or wares on this forum (Airgunwarriors.com) must first gain permission to do so. Contact: eagleaetos@yahoo.com
  16. Sponsoring dealers may post one advert per day per sponsored banner owned.
  17. If for some reason you suspect an advert to be a scam or fraudulent please use the “Report Listing” link on the bottom left of a listing to send an email to admin and state your reasons and evidence clearly in the email.
  18. Do not post or tout classifieds adverts in any forum outside of the AWG Classifieds system without prior permission from an admin.
  19. The seller has the final right to choose to whom they sell their items to. The seller has the right to retract the sale.
  20. The rules as stated here can and will be updated without notice from time to time. It is your responsibility to regularly check in here to ensure your adverts remain compliant with the rules.

Board of Inquiry Rules

The Board of Inquiry is intended for posting direct experiences on sellers and buyers doing business in the airgun community.

  1. Do not engage in conversations or speculation if you do not have a personal stake or issue in the feedback topic. Only the 2 parties involved in the transaction are allowed to participate in the topic as described here:
    a) Stay within the facts of the transaction and refrain from using emotional language.
    b) Do not use characterizations such as thief, scammer or other slanderous opinions. Speak to the facts of the issue, not the individual/s.
    b) DO NOT use characterizations such as thief, scammer or other slanderous opinions. Talk to the issue, not the person.
    c) Party A starts a feedback thread about Party B, Party B responds once and thread is finished. Make sure to,state all the relevant facts in one post.
    d) Post the members name in the message title and include whether the transaction was a positive or negative experience.
    e) NO TRANSACTION, NO FEEDBACK HERE. if you did not do a transaction with another party. DO NOT POST
  2. Keep it civil, as with the main forum rules, foul language, racial slurs, and personal attacks will not be allowed.
  3. Limit your responses to 5 each (between seller and buyer). Post a response only if the other party has responded to your feedback. Do not make 5 individual solo posts.

You don’t have to create an account to use this forum, such as searching and viewing public member profiles, forums, topics and posts. Your display name and nickname is always public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. After the registration your account display name, nickname and username are the same. Once you have registered and created an account, you also have the option of adding the following public information (if enabled by admin):

  • Location (Country/State)
  • Timezone
  • And other details to your profile information to be displayed in our community.

Additionally, whilst using the Airgun Warriors the following information may be collected (not public):

  • Browser type and version (not public)
  • Operating system (not public)
  • Referral source (not public)
  • Length of visit, page views, website navigation and any other related browsing activity

Most activity on Airgun Warriors is public, including your profile information mentioned above. You may also choose to publish your location in your profile. Information posted about you by other people who use our forum may also be public. For example, other people may mention you using @nickname in posts.

3.1 Accessing or Rectifying Your Personal Data:

3.2 Deletion Your Personal Data:

You can request for your account deletion. This will include personal data, profile data, created content, logs, etc… Cookies should be deleted from your side. Almost all browsers have an option to delete cookies.

Keep in mind that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of your public information, like your profile information, even after we/you have deleted the information from our community.

3.3 Restrict Processing:

3.3.1 Request that we stop using your information: In some cases, you may ask us to stop accessing, storing, using and otherwise processing your information where you believe we don’t have the appropriate rights to do so. For example, if you believe a community account was created for you without your permission or you are no longer an active user, you can request that we delete your account (contact us). 3.4 Data portability:

Data portability is the ability to obtain some of your information in a format you can keep in your devices or share with other communities. Depending on the context, this applies to some of your information, but not to all of your information. Should you request it, we will provide you with an electronic file of your basic account information and the information you create on the spaces you under your sole control, like your topics (only with your posts), your replies in other topics, private messages and conversations (only with your messages), etc…

We use data hosting service providers to host the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Our community is not directed to children, and you may not use our services if you are under the age of 13. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
