With the UMAREX M3A1 Full auto BB sub gun out, has anyone 3-D printed a close copy of the M9 flash hider that would round out this great replica?  Where to buy?  I’ve scoured the web even for an original … they are more scarce than hen’s teeth !  Suggestions to acquire one?

@tnqcmdr

Found one from the world of airsoft. Have zero clue if it will work on the Umarex replica.

He makes the M9 flash hider as they are ordered. It does take him long. They are 3D printed and very nice. You can order these in gray or black. When the caveat I would offer, when it arrived, he had the little spacer in between the little flanges at the bolt goes through. I’m pretty sure it should be on the outside of the clamp and then you spin on your wing nut. Otherwise it would never get tight. And the bigger thing there is if you left the spacer in between the clamping flanges, the wingnut will hit the clamp and potentially scar the finish if you’re gonna paint it. I do have a drawing from a manual that I would be happy to email anybody if they need it. They do show a small washer outside of the wingnut, I don’t know where that goes. The most sense would make on top of the spacer between it and the wing nut. The only thing is the little threaded screw portion could be a bit longer. In my opinion if he could add another 1/8” to 3/16 of an inch length to the threads of the screw it would be perfect. As it is, I’m very happy. 😊
