We finally got a match on the books!!
A really nice warm day with low humidity and some very tricky winds greeted eight shooters, all of whom social distanced and shot one shooter per lane - a big thanks to Brad Troyer who came out early saturday morning and helped clear the last couple of lanes and put out some practice targets.
The winds as I mentioned were extra tricky, even with the the lanes more clearly defined with high growth of vegetation, and that usually means better indictions of the way the wind is going... well not today, today was just, well, a challenge, that and I think a lot of us were rusty from not shooting (I hadn't touched my gun since February) that meant no-one broke a 50!
It was really nice to be with fellow shooters again, and once we return to normal everyone will be a whole lot happier! Pat made a welcome return to the fold, and shot well considering he has been off for so long.
Top score was shared by Brad Troyer and myself, closely followed by Danny Ayers, we had a tie in Open Class too, but no-one felt like a shoot off.
