I debated with myself what to do in this because the original post was made by the MD in AGN.
I do feel that, as this section moderator, I should include all I can that is FT.
After shooting my first long range competition, let me tell you it IS FT. A bit different, but then so are the divisions under AAFTA.
AAFTA has taken the decision that "Extreme" or "Long Range" is not going to be housed under their umbrella, and they have good and respectable reasons to do so, but that does not mean that the other FT shooters may not enjoy seeing/reading/discussing other forms of FT.
So, in the spirit of "Giving to Caesar what is Caesar's" I am going to post in this forum a link to the official report and my pictures, and I will do the reciprocal at AGN.
Let's hope we find more opportunities to share information and enjoyment.
This is where you will find the official report:

Note how all the information is in magnetic tags that can be mixed and matched. Genius solution!

Closeups of targets:
They look big ¿no?

This would have been a challenging target in the wind:
A Black Swan, with a finger, for size:
A wood duck with finger for size:
As you can see from the sizes of the targets, it is not a "given"; some little things, way out there.
Next Long Range shoot in Palmyra will be in July 5th
Try it, it is a lot of fun and you do not need "megabucks" equipment to do so, keep well and shoot straight!
