Yay! - OFFHAND OFFICE starts a grand airgun year at the Delaware County Field & Stream Association.
Offhand Office is open Sunday 4 Jan. from 9AM to noon-ish.
713 Chester Creek Road, Brookhaven PA 19015
You can arrive anytime at the Air Rifle Range at the top of the hill.
(Drive past the clubhouse, drive uphill past the shotgun fields on your right, continue to the end of the lane.)
For Field Target shooters, and all airgunners who want to bolster their skills in the winter months, the ‘under roof’ Offhand Office awaits!!!
Use your Field Target gun, or bring a specific 10-meter rifle or pistol, or bring whatever airgun you want (.22-caliber, 25 foot-pound limit.)
Modern and/or ‘old school’ airguns are welcome…let’s see ‘em shoot!
Any sights/scopes/red dots are allowed…there will be classifications based on equipment.
Come dressed for the weather, there will be a propane ’torpedo’ heater to reduce the chill from the open windows.

The opening 2026 DCFSA Field Target match is Easter Sunday 5 April 2026. (Sorry for the Easter calendar conflict - this avoids regional Field Target calendar overlaps.)
If desired, Offhand Office will immediately follow the 2026 Field Target matches.
Hope to see YOU at the January 4th Offhand Office!
Hey Mark, im going to be in Delaware this weekend visiting a friend. Bring some guns to come and shoot with you Sunday. Send me a email at kyairgunner@hotmail.com with your phone number in case I have a problem finding the place or the match is cancelled. thanks chris
What delightful shooting today from everyone at Offhand Office! The bit of chill (low 30’s F) from the open windows was vanquished by the red-hot shooting! Sorry for those who could not attend due to colds…grateful the cold-viruses were kept away.
Thanks to Chris and Don for joining Offhand Office the first time…quite a commute for Chris! The scores just keep getting better - Deluxion and Don broke all-time Offhand Office scores for 10-Meter Pistol and Risk/Reward Silhouette…sweet! Brian again showed us how to shoot a pistol in both Field Target and Silhouette. Speaking of pistol, Laura was a pistol-shooting machine today - ten targets spanked! Even wonky contact lenses at target #7 couldn’t stop Laura - she switched to eyeglasses and kept shooting! The ‘vintage-ist gun’ award went to Chris, who masterfully shot a lovely 1913 BSA .177 Improved Model D. In the ‘Risk/Reward’ Field Target, Mark learned not to shoot, and miss, only at the highest-scoring (and most difficult) targets. Overall…a fine winter morning enjoyed at the DCFSA airgun range!
The next Offhand Office is Sunday February 1st….join us if you can!
Here’s the scores…
Very interesting!
Did Chris really take one of his antiques? WOW!
BTW, Mark, the .number file you appended, I cannot open it with anything, can you, please provide some other format?
THANKS!
HMJ
The shoot was fun. Wish it was closer. Really enjoyed playing with the old BSA. Thanks
