Jeff, Have you put together any roster yet of who is attending. Is there a cutoff date? I believe I'm registered and paid but have not received any confirmation and I believe I have been registered for at least 6 weeks. Thanks, Bill Day

Burning River 120 GP Entrants List

Here's what we have so far.  There are a few of our regular members who haven't signed up yet.  I imagine we will be in the 40's.  We are asking to have people respond by September 10th in order to plan for food and t-shirts.  We would probably take entrants up until the weekend of the match but we couldn't guarantee food or shirts.

Tom,

Yes sight in range will be open during pistol match.  All we ask is that nobody strays onto the field course to take a look at it while others are using the sight-in range.  We'll probably tape off the access to the field course.

Attention Burning River 120 shooters,

There is the potential for some significant weather on Sunday. We are prepared to work around mother nature's plans. Pistol on Friday will be unaffected.

There are two potential scenarios that may occur:

1) The forecast may improve and rain on Sunday may hold off until later in the afternoon allowing us to shoot on Sunday.

2) (The more likely scenario) If the forecast for Sunday stays the same or continues to get worse, we will shoot both rifle courses on Saturday.

Per the Grand Prix rules, the AAFTA Chairman has been notified of our situation and has Ok’d the above scenarios. Either way, we plan to host the award ceremony on Sunday and will treat everyone to lunch Sunday as well.

Thanks for bearing with us, we appreciate your understanding and look forward to shooting with you this weekend.

Tyler Patner, Match Director
