Sight-in opens 07:45 at the Air Rifle range on top of the hill. (Drive past the clubhouse, drive uphill past the shotgun fields on your right, continue to the end of the lane.) Safety meeting 08:45, match starts 09:00 in the Field Target Forest.

The October 2023 match was another great one - a fine day to be out in the field target forest. The weather was lovely, even with a bit of wind. We kept on task and finished shooting the airgun course just before the shotgunners started in the neighboring field.
This month was ten lanes, three targets per lane lane. Lots of long shots. Some tricky 'black targets in the shade'. Excellent shooting from all.
The mystery of the far targets on lanes two and three is solved...59 yards on my rangefinder. Those who knocked 'em over...Al, Karen, Justin, Stephan, Trevor, Chris, Brian...get gold stars!
A big welcome back to Jay Hannon - who dusted off his HW97 and knocked the cobwebs out of it. Great to have longstanding shooters back.
Al Otter was most welcome, even with his three unfinished lanes. Al gets the YAY! award.
Somehow I misplaced Brian VanLiew's scorecard, so no equipment details on his lovely 55 overall score.
The next field target match will be in Spring 2024 - hopefully the lead reclamation will be done 'n' gone by then. H'mmm...perhaps some new field target lanes will appear in 2024, thanks to the lead reclamation. See you in the Spring!
@sparky Sounds cool! I just discovered this forum. I'm happy to see that there are airgun events in southeastern PA. How can I learn more? Also, are there any retail outlets in southeastern PA where one can buy airguns/parts/accessories? Thanks!
