DIFTA Match Report Sunday, March 24, 2024
Eight shooters turned out for the opening match of the season. This was a 60-shot match with an average difficulty of 30.9 T, with six targets > 40T, six targets with 0.375”or 0.5” kill zones, and eleven targets at > 40 yards. The match started out sunny and windy, with below freezing temperatures, gradually warming up to 40° by the end of the match. Despite steady rain on Saturday, which caused the match to be postponed, the ground was frozen solid but turned into mud as the temperature climbed. Greg White took the lead in Hunter Division sharing the 2nd highest score of the day of 63/72.
As always many thanks to those who travel long distances to compete and keep our sport alive
