Rain or Shine, we are going to be like Noah and march those animals out, two by two.
Unlike Noah, we are going to shoot them.
Prepare for mud, kids, and if it gets too wet, we can breathe off our AirTanks- Diablo even provides one for you to borrow if needed.
There has been a lot of construction, so our Bays 3, 4, and 5 are longer than ever.
Unfortunately, the ground is clay and soft when it rains.
Did I mention it might be muddy? It is "Field" Target after all....
8:30 am for setup, 9:00 am start. First 10 shooters warm up in the long bay, Bay 1, so come early and stake your claim!
Sight in starts after the safety briefing, please keep guns cased until the range is open for practice.
20 ft lbs limit, .22 cal and under, $10 for Diablo members, and $15 for guests.
Youth 18 and under shoot for free, but need an adult supervisor.

It was a dark and stormy night- followed by a dark and stormy morning.
Wherever winds and rains must blow, so must shooters shoot; well at least three of us did.
There were rivers of water but then the clouds parted and winds died to nothing. A great day, shooting with friends, practicing. We didn't shoot a match, but did perforate boxes at an extraordinary rate. Next weeks match in Ione is gonna be great!
The distances are standard FT distances, 10 to 55 yards-
