Hello fellow shooters,

With the change in the weather (a little bit, anyway) we hope to draw out even more shooters in October to the Boerne Shooting Club!

The next match for the Boerne Field Target Club will be Saturday, Oct 19th at located at 33 Shooting Club Road in Boerne, Texas.  The gate will be open at 0800 for sighting in and the match will begin at 0900.   Water and camaraderie will be available.

Good luck in Baton Rouge for those of you shooting there this weekend for the Nationals.

Hope to see you Oct 19th--please let us know you're coming!

Sincerely,
Robert Droege

Good afternoon fellow shooters,

We had a beautiful day to shoot!  A slight breeze, and cloud cover early on.
The course was a 30 Troyer rating by Jim C. The rumor is he's threatening to increase it before too long!

We had eight shooters squaring off.

The two of the three high scorers for the day were Robert D (47/54) and Guillermo D. (42/54) shooting WFTF.
In the Hunter PCP group we had Don C, dominating with 45/54, Jim M. shooting 32/54, and Leslie D. (38/54). Leslie's husband would like to note that perhaps her score would improve if she'd practice once in a while.
In the Hunter Piston group, Bob P. shot 21/54 and Jim C. 33/54.  Juan S. in the open class shot 30/54.

We look forward to seeing you at our next match, Saturday, November 16th!  This is far enough away from Thanksgiving that it shouldn't interfere with any holiday travel plans.  Please be aware that this is our last match in Boerne until January 2020!   Sight in time at 0800, Shooters Meeting at 0900.

We hope to see you there for the last match of 2019!
