1. Revision to clarify offhand visibility requirement on kneeling lane in Forced Position Rules.
2. Revision to Safety Rules to include additional substance restrictions.
3. Revision to target visibility in Common Division Rules
4. Change to GP Scoring to reduce the perceived need to set maximum Troyer courses and also to
group Pistol classes together for determining GP points.
