Sorry to hear of your bad experience. I too bought a Leishy from Brian and have had nothing but a great experience dealing with him. Just two weeks ago mine blew the cover off the air gauge. Also had a leak out of the fill probe area. He had the parts off to me the next day. I did the repairs myself so I can't comment on his service work but he sure jumps on orders.
