March 22- 23 - 24, 2024
This year all shooters are invited to participate in the Phoenix Airgun Club's 2024 Airgun Benchrest Target Invitational. Awards, Cash and Raffles may be won this year. Also, this year a shooter may select from two classes. The classes are PRECISION unlimited and SPORTER unlimited. The difference is simply Precision class may use any kind of rifle rest mechanically adjustable. The Sporter class can not use any kind of mechanically adjustable rifle rest front or rear.
Also, this year shooters will be competing in three matches, 50yd - 25yd - 50ft formats. Calibers are .177 - .20 - .22. So, ALL participants will shoot all three matches for a total of 9 cards. Each match consist of shooting three cards each with 25 bulls. This year the best single card scored from each match will be averaged together to determine 1st thru 3rd placement. Also, shooters may change to a different rifle for each match. Awards and cash will be given to the winners of each class. Raffle tickets will be handed to each participant. Additional raffle tickets maybe purchased. All participants have a chance to win something.
EVENT Schedule
FRIDAY: March 22nd from 7:00am to 5:00 pm.
NOTE: At Check-in shooters will draw for bench assignment. Also, a detailed match schedule will be handed out.
SATURDAY: March 23rd: 1st match starts at 9:00 am followed by lunch. 2nd match starts at 1:00 pm.
SUNDAY: March 24th: 3rd match starts at 9:00 am followed by awards presentation and raffle in the OETC building.
