Got this Weihrauch HW50S .177 in today.  I think I am gonna really like it.  It is very lightweight.  Hope to give it a whirl soon.

Best breakbarrel Weihrauch has ever made. Short stroke+wicked fast lock time=accurate and no hold sensitivity.

Yeah they are stiff to cock compared to the power output, but who cares. They are light and slim and super accurate with just the right amount of power. Nice stocks too.

I think you'll really enjoy it.

Do share your shooting experience... It may be on my next "TO BUY" list...

Looking for something with just a litte bit more OOMPH than my R7 and FWB300s...

but hopefully very easy to shot it all day long without any fatigue...

Congrats on the HW50S. I think you'll enjoy it. I agree with what Limbshaker said above. I have other HW break barrels but the 50S is my favorite. It's size and power are just right and the accuracy puts a smile on my face every time I shoot it. The 50S is nearly as easy to shoot accurately as the 30S is, but with a nice boost in power. If you've got some of the 7.87gr Air Arms Express be sure to give them a try in it. Mine loves them.

BTW, if yours is like mine was the barrel pivot tension will be set too tight from the factory and need to be loosened up a little. And the hinge in the 2-piece cocking lever is often too tight as well. But once broken in the cocking isn't that bad.

Enjoy your new 50S. And be sure to let us know what you think of it.

Falcon and JSB 7.33s, JSB 7.87s and JSB and Air Arms 8.44s and H&N FTTs 4.52 and 4.53 seem promising so far with mine but I just got it and still needs to be broken in.

Nice!  It should serve you well.

I had one.  Gave it to one of me boys.

Another fan of the HW50s here. Trying to attach some pics. It's got a barrel weight from Tinbum in the UK, a full-power Macarri kit, and an adjustable butt pad/hook on the stock. Mounted up with a 20x SWFA. Trying real hard not to buy one of the nice stocks that Macarri has for it on his website right now. It does a very consistent 710fps with the 7.87 JSB (as already mentioned, it's favorite pellet).

If it tells you how I feel about the 50s as a gun, I had a laminate HW77K and this one won the right to keep a place in my cabinet and the laminate was sold. I do regret selling the laminate because it was quite accurate, the 50s is just EASIER to shoot accurately (for me anyway).

The size and weight of the 50s is just perfect too. I made mine heavier with the muzzle weight but with what's been done to it, accuracy is almost as easily obtained as it is with a recoiless FWB300 or 300s.

I kinda consider mine a little mini HW98.

I really enjoy it.

I like the look of that Tinbum barrel sleeve on there! Not real sure I'd want to add that much weight up front on mine, though. I have a 5" Apex from JM on mine and, for me, it balances just right as it is. I also have JM's full power SG2 kit in mine and I'm using the factory piston seal with it. That combo is pushing out the 7.87 AA Express at a very consistent 765fps. With it's size, weight, and accuracy, it's hard not to like the 50S. ?
