Yup, Snowpeak product for sure. I've been really pleased with my recent purchases from SPA. That includes a .177 MRodair Plinkster rifle, a .177 Seneca Dragonfly rifle, a .177 Diana Chaser pistol/rifle, and a .22 Diana Chaser pistol.
They make really good guns at an affordable price. The Diana-branded ones seem to have a slightly higher level of fit and finish, but really, they're all a pretty good value.
I'm not sure who owns the Webley name at this point, but I would guess QA/QC would be pretty good.
