I would not sell them, you might not use them but to complete the rifle, the next guy, gal, might like them
match rifle missing there sights or any of there factory trim are not worth top dollar I my view
if a rifle is worth 600.00 and for sale and if it has missing sights the value drops in my mind 150.00
but if you must front sight one insert has a value of 40-60 bucks rear sight 80-120 buck condition is very important but that is what I see here on Ebay but then again I don't buy diopter sight in the states
I agree 100%. Keep this lovely classic rifle complete with its sights.
Walther sights are rather hard to find, and will greatly reduce the rifle's resale value if not included.
There are also many accessories available that make an aperture sight easier to use for those with vision problems - adjustable irises, magnifying lenses, and more. Here's a place to start looking:

so 2 Mike's agree: Gehmaan has some neat stuff but it is not free by any means, so if you have the scope and the rings go for that setup but as we both said keep the sights
of course these are only our opinions but I'm a bit of a diopter sight junky and as Mike said Walther sight are somewhat harder to find
