This gun is pristine. Not a dent or scratch anywhere. It could be sold at a gun store as new today, and the average Joe wouldn't know it was Mfg. in the 1980's. Only stamps are Theoben between the scope rings, and Theoben .177 on the breach block. No serial number anywhere, even on the cocking linkage. Executive brake installed. I've never fired this one. From what I remember they shoot in the 25 ft. lb. range.
Beautiful rifle. The serial number should be on the cocking link at its forward most end - near the breech end. The safety button and Webley trigger would date it around 1988. Are you sure it is an Eleminator? It appears to be a Scirroco Gran Prix. They share the same stock but the longer stroke of the Eleminator should take up a little more of the shelf at the rear of the action.

I thought it also might be a grand prix, but to know for sure it has to be chronied. No serial number is visible like the others I own with a hand drawn "TB xxx" on the linkage.
I have another 80's eliminator with a beat up stock that was scoped and grouped at least 15 years ago. Thank you for the heads up.
I used to go to theoben's website for their write-ups on various configurations for a confirmation of what I own. Oh well, those were the good old days...
An old airgun friend confirmed this is a Sirocco Grand Prix. He has the exact same gun for comparison. Now I wonder why he has one. Thought these were rare as hen's teeth, especially the ones in FAC!
