New to the sight and PCP. I'm hoping I can get some advice
I have a Hatsan Vectis in .25 that is leaking from the exhaust valve. It seems the plunger is not making a good enough connection with the plastic seal. I've ordered all new plunger, spring, and seals but none of that seems to help. When it started to leak I had about 150 bar of pressure in the tank.
Any advice on remedying this leak is appreciated.
Note: i installed a huma air regulator in the tank set to 140 bar.
I'm positive this is here the leak is. I've replaced them with brand new parts twice.
How I know that's where the leak is, I placed a rubber washer in between that plastic seal and the plunger and it held air. The problem with that is when firing the rubber washer gets sucked into the valve. I tried gluing and epoxy the washer to the seal but 2,000 psi is too strong.
