Hey all.
I’ve been nosing around a bit lately looking at PCP rifles, the ones under $600. One brand that I came upon was KRAL. They look darn nice, especially some of the BullPup designs. I think the one I was looking at was the Puncher.
If I can get a place to shoot this spring I think I’m gonna buy a better air rifle. I have a Diana 34 Classic Pro now. I’d like to make the leap to PCP....on a budget though.
So, if you don’t mind, can you all grade for me the KRAL pcp rifles in .177 and .22. I don’t hunt, but if a farmer said I could clean his barn out of rats, I’d gladly do it. I mainly enjoy paper punching at 10-25 yards mostly and on occasion, out to 75 yards.
If KRAL isn’t a good option, what would be? Is the Marauder the way to go in that price range or are there other very accurate options?
Thank you for the help.

I don't have a Kral, and have never shot one, but reviews are good. Look at the plethora of information (AEAC, Teds Holdover, Baker Airguns) on the Air Venturi Avenger, Hatsan Flashpup, etc. etc. These guns are just a couple of VERY nice shooters in the under $400 range. Easy to fill with a hand pump, some regulated, some plastic or wood stock, all very accurate to 50 yards. Best Regards.
Mike, thank you very much! I’ll certainly be checking those out.
I prefer a wood stock and one that looks nice as well. My dream airgun is the Cricket Carbine with the skeleton looking shoulder stock. WOW!! What a beauty that is. I really like their BullPups too.
so many airguns, so few dollars to really play!!
