Forgot how good looking this gun is. It must of came from across the pond since it has one of those tell-tale thingies on the end. Topped with a Bushnell Elite 3200 4-12x40mm scope. Never shot it, but I'm assuming it is a 12ft. lb. model.

What da ya mean........ya never shot it? If you own it, why not enjoy it?
I believe another seal will suffice. The lower power of my Sirocco Deluxe probably doesn't benefit from the Zephyr seal much as say the powerful Eliminator might.
Perhaps I'll start another thread about the Zephyr. I think I'm hijacking. Maybe just hitch hiking?
Very helpful tips. THANK YOU!I was just working on both of my Theoben HW90 RX2s again. It's been some years since I rebuilt the .22 and couldn't remember all the details about grease points, O-rings and the like.
I remember the first time I rebuilt my HW90/RX2, .22. I did a lot of research and made many phone calls to David Slade, (master air gun repairman). He answered my questions on some of the finer points of the rebuild process. After gleaning all of the tips I could from him, I decided to do a write-up with more detailed info and post it on the Straight Shooters forum. Straight Shooters later eliminated their forum and those instructions I posted were gone……I thought!
I just downloaded the Word file you posted of instructions and I was shocked to find they were mine!! Same ones I posted on SS years back!! Thanks for copying them and reposting. My handle was “T-bone” on their old forum. You might remember.
The HW90/RX guns are the simplest gun to rebuild. The inertia piston seals are what seems to go first, dry up. I normally use a teaspoon of 10w-30 motor oil in the ram before I reinstall the inertia piston. I use JM's Ri piston seal.

T-bone! I remember you from the old SS brown forum many many years ago. Good to see another from years past ?
I can't see the Word doc that you refer but I snatched this from one of the British forums recently, I think. Don't know if it will be of any additional help?
That first PDF you attached is what I originally used to disassemble and reassemble. Those are great instructions. The second item you attached are my original instructions from SS.
Saw this Fenman for sale a couple of days ago on Brad's site. I thought it was to good to be true! $490...but still contacted the seller. Usually I can ferret out the scammers but in this case I wasn't succcessful. A couple of hours later it was marked sold and the ad disappeared.
I have some more detail and insights now that I have rebuilt my RXs a couple of times. I will post an update to my old rebuild instructions as soon as I finish the write-up.
Thanks man! I'll be looking forward to that. HW90 is in my future. Could go ahead and get one or two but nowhere to really shoot that one where I live currently. I'll be correcting that fairly soon and it will be great to have the information for reference. Thanks to guys like you, sonnysan J. Bentley, the Theoben nut has finally been cracked for all to see ?
