Have the sporter stock for this one too.  99% condition.  A nice, handy carbine length hunter.

Such nice looking guns. I’d stress more about what the scope would look like on it then the performance probably if I owned one. Never shot one but I understand they’re very nice shooting. Awesome indeed.

Very nice TH Evo.  Here's mine.  Definitely a superb rifle in every way.  Simply put. ...the Theoben line is the Rolls Royce of airguns.  It's a shame they are no longer produced.

When I look at these two rifles, I know yours is a 12 and mine is a 20 ft lb. gun.  Of course yours is more appealing.  Wonder if the only difference is the displacement in the strut.  In other words, would placing the strut from my gun into yours offer the best of both worlds?

Sonny, send that with the R1 so I can properly store both of them for you.

Daaayum! a 20lb in an EVO? First time I've heard that. That's encroaching on Eliminator turf.

Theoben thumbholes are always stunning. Beautiful guns.

I might be mistaken, as this was a lower powered model.  From what I remember, around 14ft. lbs.  Will have to chrony again, as it's been forever.

As for Jim, I think you'd only store them for a couple of weeks before they show up on ebay!

In my experience, Evos can be set up to about 13 fpe before they become harsh and over stressed. They were designed to be soft shooting, 12 fpe rifles with higher velocity left to the Crusader model (+/- 18-20 fpe). My personal, .22 Evo was set by Martin at 11 fpe for best results. It is a very accurate, soft shooting rifle. All Theobens can be cranked up and down for power, but work best within their design specs.
