let me state i don't own one of these or ever seen one
but the mags are the same as many gun use, if your mag is fine then you have a failure in the parts that rotate it
with the mag out and you cocking the gun you should be able to see what is working or in this case not
and if yours doesn't show the piece that rotates the mag working you got some disconnected or broken
all i have a the owners manual and in that there is a parts diagram with number but no names for those parts

that is all i have, you or someone will need to sort it out and disassembly of that portion of the rifle could be in your future
part 39 and 40 maybe
