Well I decided to try to fix my Talon SS i have had for years that was broken when I tried to mod it and its been sitting since then as used the air arms
So ordered a replacement and upgraded hammer/breach and a reg for it along with seals and orings.
I seem to remember it being pretty loud still even with hime made baffles in the shroud. so am wondering what moderator to quiet it down. Talon tunes sells a shroud/moderator that supposedly works well but its 150 bucks and only works with the talon.
There are adapters that allow you to use a moderator like one of donnyfls which has the bennefit of allowing you to use on othet rifles as well . Was thinking of getting new shroud for my air arms or having a friend put threads on the current one to allow a supressor
Is the Talon tunes 6gen sos mod much bwtter than traditional supressor? If i was to go with supressor which one would be best? Tanto is the cheapest and smallest but not are how it compares to tatsu or the sumo.
Id like something that works well with .22 airgun at like 30fpe.
Will probably set up the talon as a closer range and less power since max power is like 25fpe. Maybe down the road set it up at like 12fpe and use for indoors with hollow points
