pistolero:"you do realize...." comment.

In the words of  Larry the cable guy: "Now that there is funny!"

Now go get another can, take up a bunch of "strike anywhere matches" and use that in place of the orange stick on dot.  Also notify the fire department.

I'm too old for pretty GIRLS !

Plus they are way too much trouble... I would rather shoot my airguns !

Yeah, I'm thinking of my next target... but I'll probably do it after it rains, so it's nice and wet... and maybe when it's getting dark to really light things up !

Cool video.  But really thought you might have actually spray painted your cat!

On a small scale (not involving the fire department) tend to shoot cheap "gimmie" lighters on occasion (when the wind is low).

Light them, tape the tab down, set them out burning, then shoot the plastic body.

Dangerous for accidental fires...satisfying to the inner 12 year old inside all of us.

No, she's a good cat and was way up at my garage when I shot the can... she stays close close to her home where she knows she is safe... I'm her personal man-servant, so she likes me a lot, but she doesn't like all the noise I can make.

Wives really love this kind of thing.  "Look at what you did to the lawn".  They probably have a point, I've just never cared that much.  Then again, I'm divorced.  My mindset about such domestic affairs could have something to do with that.

Hey Ed... I wouldn't dare do  it up in the lawn near the house... I do enough things up there to make my wife mad !

Fortunately, I have a great place to shoot since I have a natural gas transmission line on the one side of my property that goes back to the end about 2100 feet... with a couple of nice hills and ravines to shoot into too, and surrounded by woods.

I keep part of it mowed so I can get to the back easily.

Heck I can shoot firearms back there very easily, but I prefer shooting my airguns... and that's usually up closer to the house.

But I am thinking on getting some cheap spray cans of green paint !

I want to do some more "experimenting" and some slow motion videos...

The video that I posted was done just using my iPhone 7... I didn't want to get too close and get paint on my iphone !

--------------------------------------------

Edited... I deleted the original slow motion video... I re-did the first one to include it, and eliminated some of the boring "waiting" for something to happen.

That looks like fun.  I've shot paint cans before, although it's been a while.  The slow-mo audio is kind of other-worldly.

I used my Wondershare Filmora video software to create the slow motion.

But I just learned that my iPhone 7 can record slow-motion video... helps to have more frames per second... more stuff to learn and play with !

I ruint a couple 18650 batts with the grinder and have been meaning to shoot them.

They still charge fully, but I broke the seal and they leak when hot.

Problem is, where to put the camera?  (as he puts it on his list, shoot batteries, CHECK)
