Looking for some feedback on these particular scopes for a cheap but decent scope (and price appropriate) for my fun to shoot Crosman 1077W and for my Daisy 853 10 meter entry level match rifle for backyard sniping and some indoor shooting. I have the Leapers UTG Bug Buster 3-9x32AO and 3-12x32AO for other cheap guns but looking for some cheaper options strictly budget friendly.

I have some much cheaper with decent (for the price) glass CV LIFE 6-24x50AO on other guns but would be overkill for these menioned guns.

57.23 from B&H Tasco Target Varmint 2.5-10x42AO

41.75 from Walmart (Online) Simmons 22 Mag 3-9x32AO

59.00 from Ebay Hammers 3-9x32AO with 1 piece mount (stated as a MAGNUM SPRING airgun RIFLE SCOPE)

Any other suggestions welcomed!

TIA

The Tasco is a pretty decent scope for the price.  It focuses down to 10 yds. and has a mildot reticle.  I have had a few of them on cheaper guns and they work.  Never tried the others.

I like the Simmons 22 Mag 3-9x32AO and own a few but I get them when Simmons has the $25 off. Glass is great for a $20 - 30 scope. Even at $45 you would probably like the glass and size.

I can give you some input on the Tasco. I own two of them, one on my tuned RWS 34 Panther, and another on a Chinese clone of the RWS 48. I've been recommending them for years because they hold up to a Springer with moderate recoil with no problems. With my two, plus the ones my tuning customers have bought, let's say it makes about a dozen of them that have been shooting lots of rounds on rifles like the RWS 34 and the R9 and haven't missed a beat. Just one thing, when I called Bushnell about a year ago, and wanted to buy some scope covers for that Tasco scope, the Bushnell representative told me the scope had undergone a change in the way it was being manufactured. That was not good news to me because I trusted them just the way they had been for many years.

So my recommendation is you look at the photograph of the Tasco scope on the site you want to buy from, and see if it still looks like the 'old' style that has been around for at least 5 or more years. If it does, you're good to go. If it doesn't, I can't recommend it at all now because I haven't tried the new ones. That's the best I can do. Hope it helps.

And yes, the older style does Focus down to a little below 10 yards, and I love the Mil Dot reticle. It gives me multiple aim points for different yardages without having to use Kentucky windage.

well you have 2 non recoiling rifles so that give you a large field, BSA has some inexpensive rifle scope, you might be able to find something in there line up and of course as you know Ebay has lots to look at

shop around for the BSA scopes

I've had several of the Hammers scope OP references.  Excellent scope for the money, never a problem with them.  The only concern I have is the way Amazon packages them for shipping.  Either very minimal or even no padding whatsoever.  The fact that the scopes survived that is testament to their durability!

I meant to add that I've only had the nerve to try the Tasco on medium recoil springers, nothing larger.  Maybe they'd work on an R1, for instance, but don't know yet.  The R1 isn't much harsher than an R9.

Tasco is a pretty good scope and it has a 42mm objective, which gives you more light and more field of view.

The Hammers and Tasco scopes have worked well for me on PCP and medium springers.  I had a 22Mag that broke on a tuned HW30 and so I'll never have another.
