Anybody have experience with this scope?  I've never had or even used a Sightron but have seen them.  Its a second focal plane mil dot.  Wondering if they are any good.

I have the 8 - 32 on my 6.5 Creedmore and love it.   Amazing glass.

I also had an 8-32 model of the SIII, and they perform well above their price point. My only complaint was chromatic aberration (a lot of fuzzy blue edges) above 24x magnification when viewing a light colored target. That was also amplified by the fact that I bought mine with the Horus Christmas tree reticle so my sight picture was busier. In a lower mag scope with a simpler reticle, you might not notice it at all. Glass was very good, turrets had a very tight, crisp click, and overall fit, finish and function was spot on.

Thanks.  I bought one of the Midway closeouts.  $425 for the SIII SS 6-24x50 mil dot which is 50% off their discounted price.  They said regular price was North of $1100.  Seemed like a really good price and I will use it to replace the AEON that is on my AZ .20 Rapid.
