I tell ya,it bugs me when people tell me they do not ship to Ca.I have received over 20 air guns sent to me from all over the USA,never had a problem.

So when I go online and look up air guns on ebay and see something I want to bid on then read, do not ship to Ca.it does not make make sense to me, because I am sure the air gun would get more bids... I realize some places, like liber ax cities may not allow it,SF comes to mind......I guess  the seller just does not want to : take a chance, does not know they can ship to me ,does not care ,I get it ,it his their right;butt darn some nice deals I can not get because of this ,bugs me,LOL,Oh well I got it off my chest, plus I must have many other air guns I can shot, going to shot some now and know I will feel even more better.or is the mobetter.

As far as I know, air guns can be shipped to New Jersey but buyers should have a yellow card, that is called in Jersey and it's a firearm permit. Not sure if it's true or not.

Thanks.

Let me know which one you want and I'll send it to you!

As far as NJ, you need to have it sent to an ffl dealer. Same as a firearm.

I have never had a problem having an air rifle sent to me here in California.

it may be the person/dealer you're dealing with, not the actual law. many dealers don't like dealing with California due to their restrictive laws involving firearms and some places DO consider airguns as firearms and they don't wish to deal with any problems that might arise.

you might try another vendor.
