Quite nice!

It's hard-shooting American guns like that, kept Euro-springers from catching on for so many years. Chrony? Range report?

Congrats man. Yours looks super clean. I got one last year that had probly been sitting on a barn for years but only had to do a valve flush to get her going.  They're great guns, shame there isn't an equivalent of the same quality available today.

That is a very beautiful SG Wabo100. The model A is a fantastic pumper, never to be matched again in quality workmanship.

I got mine about two years ago. Like all of my AG's, I restore and customize them to be both more functional and esthetically pleasing to MY eye. I know that many collectors like to keep everything original, and I understand that, but for me it's all about my personal pleasure. Some say that it ruins the value, but I have always received more for my custom guns when I decide to sell them. Recently a gentleman offered me more than twice the going price for my custom SG. But I'm not ready to sell it yet for any price.

This is what I did to mine.

Resealed the valve because it stopped shooting soon after I received it, refinished the stock with Maccari RLO, added a rubber white lined butt pad, machined a replacement front sight insert with a fiber optic one, installed a stainless steel pellet storage pistol grip cap that will hold 20 pellets, had a rear sight windage slider made that will accept standard iris's..I currently have a merit adjustable iris in it. Added checkering to the pistol grip.

I shoot this gun quite often, and is one of my top favorites in my collection.

Here are a few pic's, if I can make it work

Sheridans~11 (1280x721)
Sheridans~01 (1280x721)
Sheridan SG~03 (1280x721)
Sheridan SG~02 (1280x721)
Sheridan SG~01 (1280x721)
Sheridan SG (1280x721)

WOW. Those are both beautiful guns. That grip cap storage is pretty slick and the checkering looks great too. Nice work.

Thanks for the kind words Randy. That storage cap was a friend's idea. I put one on his custom sheridan blue streak, ( I blued that one), and liked it so much I just had to have one too. I actually have another one on order and plan to install it on my custom HW55M.

Thanks Wabo. Mine loves the H&N FTT 11.4gr. the most accurate pellet in my gun. Im getting 584 on 4 pumps, 668 on 6, and 732 on 8.

I rarely pump more than 5 pumps (633) for my type of shooting. I don't hunt with it, so don't need the extra power. Targets at 50 yards don't stand a chance ?

Those are beautiful guns guys and true American classics!

Mine is a bit rough (wish there was someone that could repair the stock) but MAN what a shooter!

She likes FTT’s and Baracudas equally well. At 8 pumps the Baracudas are zinging in the 720’s

I’ve had several Dans but the SG exudes quality and smokes the others in accuracy and power.

Drew, what needs to be repaired on your stock?

The forend has a “sliver” missing left side and the butt stock has some filler around the safety.

I can email some pictures.

Airguntunes, Where'd you get that pistol grip cap?  I've been looking for one of those for a muzzleloading project.

I got the cap from Duane at "Custom gun and rifle". I just spoke to him two days ago and ordered two more. Not cheap, $200 each plus shipping. He only makes them when he gets around to it. Not a priority for him. Tell him that I sent you and maybe if he has enough orders, it will speed up the process.

Midway USA has them also. About $30 cheaper, but not as good a quality, and a little larger.

You won't get one of these cheaper, unless you find one made of plastic... LoL
