I am having trouble with Eric Sanders ScopeKnob program. Nothing wrong with the program; it's just that I am not able to authoritatively handle it. Help is apparently not supported in Windows 10 which I have. And at 77 I am not the most computer savvy individual. I would really love for someone to make a line by line menu such as........
Open Program
Select TF ( Trajectory Factor) Enter: Muzzle Velocity, Scope Height, Start yards, End Yards, etc etc.
......in a sequential manner to enable me and possibly other ScopeKnob Dummies to enter all my data, and print a label.
I read of other guys importing data from Chairgun into ScopeKnob.....how do you do that? (I have Chairgun Pro on my computer). I also have an elevation knob from Allen Z mounted on my Bushnell 4200 to accept a printed label. In the past I have ended up having Eric take charge of my computer and enter all the data needed for a particular gun. But now I am changing calibers and guns and am faced with the same old problem and really need to know this myself. Anyone?????

I know I talked to several people in the past week, and I'm hoping you were one of them.
I'm surprised that you're help system isn't working. I suspect that you have an older installation of the ScopeKnob software. The newer version installs the the correct files to allow Windows10 to work with the help system, and the help system has also been upgraded to html help with Windows10 accepts. You can install over top the old version. The link to the setup program is here:

I have just installed the latest version without having to turn off my antivirus, and thanks for your reply. No I was not one you talked to last week. Furthermore at this particular time I am having some major hip revision surgery......so it will be a little while before I'll be actually zeroing and making a new tape for my new .177 FX Royale. Just trying to get ahead of the game. And yes if I can't figure it out I will give you a call.
