Remove collar from Airforce condor

threaded sleeve AFT is the part and in the parts diagram there are 2 dog point set screws holding it in place and they are on the bottom side and if they are removed I would guess a wooden dowel or socket at the proper size and a hammer, tap it out

but what do I know I don't own one or ever held one but parts diagrams I can understand

Thanks Mike.  I temived one of the retaining screws will have to find the other.
