Anyone had any experience with the Sportsmatch OP22C 1-Piece Scope Mounts? They claim to have a hardened cross pin that fits FWB airguns. I would think that would be beneficial to keep the mount from moving, plus not mar the gun like a straight down stop pin might. I was bored and messing around on the Internet when I came across them. I’m just curious more than anything. Thanks

I have used the 2 piece cross pin FWB mounts. The rear fits one of the cross cuts, I usually drop it in the slot, slightly tighten the mount then slide it to the rear till I will it just bump. One would need to be careful setting them up, you can slide the pin up the ramp. The FWB rear diopter sight fits the slot more snug as I imagine the crosspin must be larger, but I have not measured and compared them. I have used the Sportsmatch mounts on Fwb 300's and the new model sport. I have not used them in 124,127 models.
I solely use Sportsmatch and BKL mounts with no issues of slipping,

Thanks for the the information. I was looking for reviews online but didn't find a whole lot. One on Pyramid Air mentioned having issues with it on a FWB Sport. they said, "mount failed to remain in place" and the, "pin left a one inch bright mark on my expensive German springer". Of the few reviews I found that was the only negative. I believe the stop grooves on the 124 are the same dimensions as the ones on the FWB 300 but am going strictly from memory.
One more thing comes to mind, being I am going from memory, of the 4 new model sports I had, I believe I noticed that this mount did not fit the cross cuts as good as the FWB 300s cuts. Almost like the grooves were wider or shallower. With that being said, the radical harsh recoil of that break barrel and any loosening of the side plates on those rings would cause them to shift and that built in cross pin would drag its way down the tube. The 300S shoot so mild almost any good ring will hold.
Here is a picture of the two FWB Sportsmatch mount, one of the drawbacks is that it limits your scope position, as seen my scope is rearward to fit my hold.
One of my favorites is the BKL260 and I line it up on the joint between the tube and the rear plug, you can monitor movement this way and the position works well for my hold.
