They must be overwhelmed with orders. I order a scope and a couple pellet pouches on Sunday. Got a order conformation but my account show they are still getting the order together. Its been 3 days. Hope they haven't run out of shipping boxes! Don

Seems like I have an email everyday from them so they are marketing hard. I was in Utah Airguns on Black Friday. One of the salesman told me they had orders for over 150 guns online before opening their doors. That's a lot to process and get out the door. Especially if people order scope combos and want them set up before shipping. Often they have to be tested as well.

I was being a little facious. I ordered a 430l from AoA last week and they got it shipped the next day. If it takes 3 days to get 4 items in a box and shipped, you might need to look at your shipping department. JMHO

It's Amazon spoiling us. With same, next day and 2nd day deliver it makes my ebay orders feel like they are using the pony express to ship with. ?

I've had items take over 2 weeks that were listed as "priority shipping". I guess it's a matter of who's priority. ? Ebay and other retailers better get their vendors on board with express shipping or risk losing some market share to we less patient types.

Not really. I chose their 3 day shipping. I didn't realize it would take 3 to 4 days TO ship. I haven't had your experience with e-bay. I noticed, in the last few months, they are getting faster. Don

SportsmansGuide is slow too.  5 days after the label was created... Fedex waiting...

Palmetto too. They didn't ship for 9 days, shipped the day after I called to bitch. OTOH, my SB PDW brace kit went out next day.

Ebay has item in NJ or CA, I select NJ seller, then try to cancel order 2 mins later. SORRY ALREADY SHIPPED.

4 days later it actually ships, from CA... bullocks...

OK, rant off... maybe some pics of the 25 random machetes from SG would cheer us up? Or my new PA47 7.62x39 AR15 upper?

UPS and FedEx, at least in the SF Bay Area, are terrible.  They have lost many shipments from various sellers and their attitude is "we delivered ... so sad, too bad for you!" The Holiday Season only makes their service worse.  I just received a giant box on my porch with a patio heater in it that was actually for the guy one street over.

In one instance, UPS documents stated "delivered" and "an adult signature", but there was no such thing, and the package simply never appeared.  They agreed to put a tracer on it.  The package did eventually show up, over a year later...  I have NEVER had a problem with good 'ole USPS, not once, not ever.  Plus, the USPS workers at our local facility actually live in our community and we have face to face access and rapport!  I will chose USPS every single time if it is an option!

And as Doninva indicates above, I never pay for "faster shipping", because it really means "faster arrival" ONLY AFTER actual shipping occurs.  I'm not willing to pay quadruple the cost for that level of bogosity.  Patience (and planning) is a virtue!  ?

I agree with this post 110%.  Not only is our UPS delivery slow, our Fedex is horrendous!  He literally drives past the house and flings the box out the door!  USPS, faster, more personal and if it's raining/snowing they carry giant baggy tubes to secure the packages in.  As far as ordering stuff off Amazon, always--always check to see where the item is coming from.  I ordered an Atlas knockoff bipod back in the beginning of November......the tracking only says "shipped" with an arrival date of approximately Jan 6th.  Alas I wasn't aware of the country of origin and simply saw the "Atlas" logo for a severely discounted price and hastily clicked "buy it now" just to jump on it.....never again....I always look at the country or origin and shipping date from now on.
