This account hasnt had a post for 5 yrs and the last post was trying to sell the same type of gun thats for sale now...kinda weird nothing for 5 yrs then a 4500.00 gun for sale by same person.. may be nothing but doesnt hurt to be cautious.

There's a simple solution gentleman.
Ask for a photo of the gun and a scratch sheet of paper with what ever you wish written on it. I always ask that my name be written of the paper. Works ever time.
You get someone good enough with a computer theres ways around that also, don't ask me how cause I don't know how. But I do have a friend who knows how to do all that stuff.
I seriously doubt the idiots scamming have the skills to pull it off. One computer whiz tried (pre-planned) and failed. All I can say is I have used my method for years and it's worked every time.
I knew this guy was a scammer from the get-go. First clue was the broken English. Second clue was the price; $600 for the 4 ss. I kept playing along just to see how far he'd take it. Couldn't stop laughing at this last photo...
@o7shelby Ask him to buy a local newspaper from today or tomorrow and add that to the photo... and that you want to see the newspaper's issue date and location !
This person has been a member for 1.5 to 2 years. No posts, reply anything. Contacted them by text and got all sorts of bs. I would stay away from this one also.

Seems the classifieds here are nothing but people trying to scam someone.. only ones I trust are people I actually know or remember from the Yellow forum or who Ive seen on here a lot.
AGC is a good site for trusted sellers. Unfortunately it too is a magnet for scammers. Most for me come from there.
Can you sell airguns on Craigslist... I would only do local pickups only... I get alerts from them occasionally, but didn't think they were allowed.
I would rather meet people live, and show them what I know about the airgun.
