Beautiful rifle, I still have my 56, that I won at the Worlds Championship in 89. . BTW, Harry Klump designed the stock for Marksman back in the day.
Now that’s what I call a photo shoot! Good to see some iron and pretty wood Brian. You definitely have upscale shooters. Love the scenery in your yard…perfect back drop! I really do like seeing presentations like that ? I have a very old hay rake in the front yard and while the flowers are still in bloom…nah, I’m too lazy LOL.
Is that Marksman of the 55 lineage?
um 56, oh thanks so much really do appreciate!
@airgunmanart Hey are they cool or what? Big thanks to Donny at Baker Air gun's for turning me on to this awesome air rifle and history. And also to you...sweet dreams my friend!
um 56
Oops. Missed that viewing from my phone.
Beautiful guns and georgeous backgrounds... A great big thumbs up to both... and I'm all thumbs, lol.

@straitflite Yea just like the gooey slugs, went right over my head. It was like...DUH!
@kwk Hey nice, really like the wall rack. Been wanting to make 1 like it sort of. How ever I like your rendition better. And thanks for clarifying the 55 part as straitflite had inquired.
Sorry, I didn't mention. I gleaned that photo from vintageairgunsgallery.
Does your 56 have a slide safety like the Mk1 R11? And earlier 55's?
Edit: The rack is trademark Frakor.
@kwk That's okay with me, and yes the safety was once like that although has since removed. Now if you look close it appears the trigger blade loos like a T.Robb replacement? Will check out wall mnt. rack.
@kwk Okay now I got it, I have seen some of those pic's posted. Geez Louise was so enthralled didn't even notice the peg boards let alone the floor mnts. Thanks!
I just noticed the 56 has no barrel sleeve. That's the difference from a Mk1 R11? It has a muzzle weight/brake instead. ?
Nice doggie
