I can only shoot one at a time... I have been fortunate to find two good presafety R7's... Do I need a HW30? I am not a collector...
Already got an R7 .20 and just got a nice deal on a year old R7 .177 that should be here next week. HW30 is the same thing and why I never bought one.
You can never have enough. Keep in mind you can only shoot one, but you can rotate them so every six months. It is like shooting a new gun. If you have six you won't get back to the one you originally shot in three years.

No, I wouldn't. The older R7 stocks are much nicer. And Ambi.
Oh yeah, I did buy one. LNIB for $200. Who could resist that? The gentleman backed the spring screw out all the way trying to eliminate a small amount of creep. Then he got frustrated with it. Took me a few minutes to turn the t8 torx screw. I never shoot it. It waits. Patiently
I even have a nice early R7 stock for it. My second R7 came with scope LN for $250 in auction about 2 years ago.. Bought my first one around 1986.
Now have 2 R7 and an HW30 all 177

I have too many,what I do know is customize my Keepers and put better scopes on them
Buying becomes a habit and you fool yourself saying you need another one and not enjoying what you...
