I've been calling customer service and sales several times today with a quick gift card question and am getting no answer. I wonder if they are closed today. Odd.
I don't know. I didn't try to reach them. Sometimes they're just very busy. A lot of times even when they are open, I get their voice mail, and sometimes they don't call me back until the next day. But...
When I called my bank this morning, and asked to talk to a banker, the automated system recording said they had cut back on staffing quite a bit because of the virus situation. It said that wait times would be quite a bit longer than usual.
I'm saying that I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same with a lot of other businesses. They might either be closed, or working with less than a full staff of employees.
However, if you do get ahold of them, please post it here, because I'm guessing that a lot of other people might have the same question.
I also need to contact them about something. But, it's so trivial, it can wait.

I got email responses from them at 6:37 and 6:39 this morning. Maybe they're telecommuting?
I finally got them. They guy on the phone said they were just extremely busy since it was Monday. I didn't think about that.
