Simple slide-on construction...no mods needed, no disassembly needed.  It's made of a hard PLA material that slides over most of the OEM lever and distributes the cocking pressure over a large area.  Look closely at the rear of the cocking lever and you can see how far back it goes...comes in right and left hand versions.

The guy's name is "Eric".  I spoke to him and he's tested it, says it works fine, feels a lot better than the OEM lever. His contact info is: papy_yosh@cox.net

This is brand new and he's just starting to make them...I don't know what the price is, you'll have to contact him and ask.  I'm sure it's first come, first served.

He also makes a plenum that will add to your existing plenum for more power for the Artemis P15, if I remember correctly its 90 euro plus 20 euro for shipping .

Eric has to make these levers one at a time, it's an exacting process, and it's not quick.

I have one, and it's definitely well designed, perfect snap-on fit, and worth adding to your Veteran!  That big biathlon cocking knob makes finding and cocking this gun a no-brainer.

Swine!  It's just like your mother told me back in 1970..."I'd like to have a son, but I'm afraid, like you, he too would never amount to anything.  Probably end up selling BB guns or something!"
