How to lighten trigger pull on Benjamin trail np2

Looked on u-tube but only saw using a ball bearing on the second shaft on the trigger, mine only has ONE shaft on the trigger (newer style ?) Also is there a video showing disassembly of this rifle to replace the piston seal ?
