To those of you who have had experience with grt3 trigger, a question.
If the gun is not cocked, the trigger moves easily front to back and when let go moves to the front of the trigger guard.
If the gun is cocked, if the trigger is pulled to the rear a little bit and let go of, it stays where it is and doesn't move forward again.
There is a slight drag on the trigger and difficult to feel the second stage
Is this normal with grt3 trigger or is there something I can do to correct not being able to easily feel the second stage?

Nope. Unfortunately, that's not the trigger you were sold. Check the shape and finish of the tips of the adjustment screws in your trigger. You'll find they look like the inferior trigger on the left. Not the GTXgenII on the right.
There's actually even more wrong with the "GRT" than using an inferior adjustment screw. Critical dimensions were also messed up when the GTX was poorly copied by the maker of the "GRT." But that's another sad story.
Bottom line: There's currently only one vendor in the US who currently sells the GTXgenII -- it's not Archer and certainly not the vendor you were directed to.
fixed it, made the adj. screw look like the one in the photo.
Now it is smooth, easily felt 2nd stage and a nice crisp break.

Meanwhile, if you ever need another, maybe you'd find it more convenient to go with the right one in the first place. Besides, as I mentioned, there're more differences than just the screw.
