Griffon JH808 .177cal. Pellet Air

I recently purchased a Griffon JH808 .177cal. air rifle. It has a side pump lever, looks a little like an assault weapon and is very heavy.

Does anyone here have any information on this gun, I can't find it anywhere. It appears to be in need of seals because it shoots loud and powerfully but the pellet only goes about 10 feet.

Griffon was a brand used by BAM/Xisico to enter the UK/Canada/Australia market.

My guess is that yours is a single shot version.

Not much about those guns, IIRC, there are a couple of YouTube videos about these.

A pic or two would help, but if it's anything like the JH809 it looks quite a bit like the old QB57 which was a takedown sidelever springer.
