Hi everybody! This is the Baker Airguns FULL REVIEW of the new FX Dreamline Power-Pup. The first link is to the written review, and the thumbnail is to the video. I suggest taking them both in for the full story.
I guess I'm easily influenced. Your video had me drive to our local FX dealer and pick one up. Baker Airguns is great but Utah Airguns is 45 minutes away and they treat me like royalty. Sorry.
I ran out of light testing it out. I'm not getting the power you are so far. 25 gr shooting great at around 900 fps. 34 gr are in the midish 700's fps. I upped the reg to about 120 and it was counter productive. FPS actually dropped. Felt like it didn't have enough hammer spring to use the increased pressure. So far you are so right about accuracy. ?
I'm starting to think I may not want this as my "Power" gun. The Impacts can cover that job. This thing flat shoots stock! Played with it this morning some. It's just in the 900's fps with 25 gr pellets. All settings on high.
That's five in the center and then went for each number. Totally my bad on the high 8. My wife walked out just as I was shooting and I reacted.
50 yard. The first target was kind of a sighter. Getting a feeling for the holdover at 50 yards.
I've never had Hades pellets group like this in a .25. Shot them on a whim just to see. Will be the dedicated pellet to this gun after shooting so well.

Right on, man!
Do you have the hammer micro adjuster maxed out? The one under the stock that uses a 1.5mm allen wrench?
You'll have to do that to get all of the power out of the gun.
To max it out, just keep turning it clockwise until you can't rotate the macro adjuster (wheel.)
Then back it off until you CAN rotate the macro adjuster.

Good information. Thank you! I had not adjusted that one.
I'm really liking the gun without the "Donnie Mod". I'm sure I'll play with it some more. ?
I took the gun out today for a little "real shooting" out on the ranch. I'd left it set with the stock settings all maxed.
This thing is a SHOOTER! ? It was quite windy and I was using the Hades pellets. It's still longer than I would normally shoot in the field but the light weight helped make up for it. Just thumping starlings and this suicidal rock chuck stuck it's head out just long enough to zero in on it.
I've decided I like it too much with the current power set up. Nice to know there is more if I change my mind.
