I have a 65 with left handed match grips. I would like to purchase or trade for right handed grips (plastic, match, sport, etc)

Any ideas? I’m having a hard time finding a pair.

Thanks for any help.

https://www.formgriffe.de/en/shpSR.php?sfC=Feinwerkbau&A=49&p1=400&p2=255

sometimes on Egun

http://www.egun.de/market/list_items.php?mode=qry&plusdescr=off&wheremode=and&query=feinwerkbau+&quick=1

though plastic grip were made I have never seen a pair in the flesh, 2-3 years ago there was several people selling 65 grip not any more

Waffencenter Gotha had them last year and not any more the factory does not have them 80's and 90's as you know will not fit

this guy has grips but will get a Java security warning and it will not translate and his prices are a bit bold but I have emailed in the past so it is a option

so what would I do, well if I had the money I would buy a brand new pair from Rink and sell the leftys or keep them for the next guy so the package is nicer

I see them from time to time on Egun and is the seller will ship to the states they are 35-60 euros + 18euros+- and that not bad price but the when and if will be your problem

they show up on Ebay every so often but rarely

if you see a pair of sports grips and they look soiled, let my tell you they are almost impossible to cleanup to refinish, soaking in acetone proved that and whiting only made a mess

so maybe someone will come to the rescue but at this time I got nothing to swap

I will keep looking but Egun has been my go to for grips but it a slow search

I wonder if buying a right hand gun and selling the lefty would come out cheaper in the end.

buying a gun and trading the grips is also a good option as stated but buying a gun with the right grips is a better option

I use to but Diana model 6's for the wood grips thinking I would sell them with the plastic grip but it never worked out and that why I have 7 model 6g's and m's

I looked some more after my first post and there are none to be found

now this group I belong to be it looks very sleepy but it has member at the time all over the world and when you post it send your post to all the members in an email and your answer does also

https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/FWB_Model_65_Airguns/info

you have to have a Yahoo email address to start and you can have that forwarded to your main email

just another stone to look under

to be frank the only other person that is going to what your lefties is some one that needs them but then they might not have rights to trade or someone would buy them to have both grips for there pistol, pistols to complete a package or just a collector

so lets say your lefties are a great condition and are worth 125.00+-  and the rinks are 196,66 euros = 123.75 in todays conversion, so your net would be 100 bucks, but that is just how I see it and if your grips are other then in great shape your costs go up

the grips at Rink are not that pricey but the 37 euro shipping kills you and I have never this to get it lower but you will have to wait 4 weeks to get them in hand or just made

and the question will you sell the grips outright who offer grip to sell ?????

Tofer, I have a friend that just asked me if I knew anyone with a LH FWB65 grips for sale.  I advised him to check with Champions Choice or Pilkingtons to obtain them.

Let me know if you still have them available (for sale).  If so, I will put you and he in contact with each other.

Thanks,

Mark

If you are not a match shooter, you might enjoy getting a set of the sport grips better.  Match grips are one hand only grips, where you can easily use two hands with the sport grips.

I wish the sport grips were available in left handed grips.

sports grips were made in left hand but you never see them

this guy in Germany shows he has 3 sets but it has been years since I have any contact with him, he use to post item on Egun and that's why I know about him at all, now when you open this site you will get a Java security warning and I just ignore it and the site will not translate for me with Google but Bing will translate it

if all these grips are still there he has many, are his prices great maybe not but sometimes if you need you have to pay the piper

Yes I will. I apologize but I can’t seem to resize the pictures to load.

Anyone interested can send me an email at Brettbuff40@hotmail.com and I’ll be happy to send pics to you.

Thanks for everyone’s help and info!
