I just bought one of these, 7 cone-chamber 3D printed. Fit is perfect, and quality seems to be top-notch. And the price is great at $20 shipped.

Interestingly, it doesn't do as good a job as the OEM 7-chamber cone moderator. With the OEM moderator, my Chaser sounds about like a stapler. With the Buck Rail, it sounds like an air stapler, still quiet, but not as quiet as the factory moderator. I still say Diana/SPA did a FANTASTIC job on the OEM moderator.
Nice video. I'm a big fan of the SPA platform. I have a .177 Chaser pistol/rifle with the AoA FFHDD installed, as well as a .177 Plinkster, also with the FFHDD, and 1st gen Dragonfly. I have a Dragonfly Mk2 on pre-order. I also had a Chaser rifle/pistol package in .22, but I sold it, because it was my only .22, and I prefer to keep to one caliber.
My current favorite basement shooter is the Chaser with the pistol barrel, rifle moderator, and rifle stock. It is nearly silent, with just an audible click. More noise from the pellet hitting the can than from the gun. It currently wears an Adco 1" R/G dot sight in a one-piece BLK cantilever mount. Nice little package.
So I found these 23mm alu trim washers on Amazon, stacked all 10 of them between two dollar store hair curlers, and now the gun is nearly silent. I actually improved on the factory moderator! Rear cone is from the factory moderator, and front plug is also from Amazon. The CF tube is actually black. The lighting makes it look silver. The CF tubing is 25mm od, 23 mm id. I had to buy a whole bag of end plugs, so if anyone wants one or two, let me know via pm or email. You'll have to drill them, and centering is critical.
I had a chance to shoot a .22 silenced Chaser with my bud Lance today. I have to say it was pretty astonishing!
Jim isn't kidding at all. Stand off a few yards to the side, you hear the valve hammer, and the pellet hitting the target. Period. We also ran a few rounds through an old Anschutz 335 springer and it was MUCH louder...
what if said you could rework the trigger assemble to make it feel close to a good target pistol
with only 1.5 mm of trigger movement all of of which can be changed back to the factory slop oh i know the trigger is fine
but the pins fall out, there is second trigger adjustment screw that is too short to do anything, most people don't know it is there
longer adjustment screws, replace the pins with drill bit ends so they don't fall out shim the side movement and drill and tap the sear and install a trigger movement stop
but to each his own
the CP2 or Chaser has the ability to have one of the best triggers if you want to take the time and rebuild it and i like my trigger that moves 1.5 mm

Mike,
Just curious. Were you and Lance shooting the rifle barrel or the pistol barrel? As I recall, he got the full kit with both barrels. FWIW the rifle barrel with moderator is the quietest, and also the fastest.
Amazing little guns, no?
@jiminpgh It was the rifle barrel. We played with an additional bloop tube, scientifically constructed from a paper towel tube and blue tape LOL. Made no diff to the already excellent mod on board.
Again...quite amazing! I had to laugh at how our 700 FPS springer sounded like the hammers of hell in comparison.
the Chaser air gun kit is the best value i have seen it is a gun platform that everyone can enjoy
Honestly haven't felt the need to mess with the trigger. That good out of the box. I did install the AoA Steve-in-NC hammer de-bouncer, and saw a 30% increase in gas mileage with no loss of MV.
Hi Jim, Everyone, newbie here. Please be gentle 😆
Jim, is there a hammer de-bounce kit? From my initial readings, it seems everyone is DIY-ing?
We're purchasing a Chaser for back yard recreation and some rodent control, would like maximizing our shot-count/moderating noise for neighbor consideration.
Hammer debounce kit used to be available from Airguns of Arizona. I haven't checked lately tho.
