Diana 75 question?

if you need a schematic, do a google image search for Diana 75 manual.  The schematic shows it as part #95 .  Looks like it sits inside the stock . Larger hole to the front.   the forward trigger guard screw goes into the smaller, rear hole.

THANK YOU!!! I just found where it goes, didn't want to try to mount the action into the stock without it. So I mounted it and took a few shots and BOY IS she is SWEEEET shooting!

I wonder what scope to use???HMMM???

any scope will work but you might what to use a droop mount 

so what model 75 is it, port hole or something else, 2 port hole and a S model in my stuff

I have no idea, I am a newbie when it comes to different variants of the Diana 75s and I have two of them now so how do you tell which is which?  I just got a Diana 100 as well and FWB 300s Running Target(Running boar) and FWB 124 with a broken Williams peep sight.

On the relentless quest for the most accurate spring guns and SSPs. Rifles and pistols.

Accurate (and quiet) guns are the most interesting to me and the most fun to shoot.

I really think IMHO the Diana 75 would give a lot of Field Target and Bench Rest guns a good run for their money! I have an easier time shooting perfect groups with a Diana 75 than a FWB 300s. I have not shot the Diana 100 yet. It takes just a little more effort to cock the 75 as compared to the 300s which is very easy to do. The Diana is noticeably louder than the FWB when shot side by side but not too offensive.

This recent acquisition (Diana 75) did not come with any sights and after I put the stock on after putting that part in its proper place, I was plinking at blades of grass and vines at 10 yards without any sights. It would do a nickel sized ragged hole busting the scaling from an old tree. WITH NO OPEN SIGHTS! Haven't chronied it yet but I think it is shooting faster than my 300s' based on how much tree bark explodes when hit and the pellets embed themselves too deep they can't be retrieved.

I was thinking a one piece BKL drooper but I think maybe if I can remember where I put a set of adjustable Marksman mounts (Vintage pre Beeman sportsmatch) or a Mac1 Drooped set.

I got some FX NO LIMITS but I think it would be overkill.

Or maybe go cheap buying a $10 UTG 11mm to Picatinny Diana drooped base and mod it to fit.

i think the holy grail is a FWB 103 and FWB 603

and a 75 should not shoot as hot as a 300 

now the 75's came in an early model which was the Beeman 400 and the later model the TO1, marked on the tube  and they had different front and rear sight mount and sight
