Recently it has come to my attention that there is a design flaw in the magazine on many Daystate guns including the new Red Wolf. The lever mechanism which advances the magazine actually strikes the side of the pellet probe as it cycles. As well as affecting accuracy it also creates physical damage to the probe itself. I own both a Renegade and a Pulsar HP, and the pellet probe on each is damaged.
I encourage anyone who owns a Daystate to inspect their gun for damage and to report it to the manufacturer if present. You can access the Technical Enquiry form on the Daystate website.
The images below are of the pellet probe on my Renegade. There is similar damage on my Pulsar HP. Both guns suffer from accuracy problems when using the magazine.
