Has anyone in the US ordered from them lately?
Looking for a walnut stock for my RX1.
i think it is a good question but you should be asking the stock maker to see if he is have any trouble shipping and if so what the time frame that would be
nice stocks for sure and fairly cheap as stocks go

That's the company, and when I purchased from them years ago it was about a 6-8 week wait. I was curious if any one had dealt with them lately.
My last interaction with them was about 2 years ago - bought a stock for my R1. As I recall, it was maybe 4 weeks or so from start to finish. They are nice for the price, but are rather substantial, i.e., they are pretty beefy hunks of lumber.
i always find that asking the question to the business is the first place to ask said question
i knew what you wanted
but great cheap gun stocks are hard to find and if i sold them i would be busy
thank for the heads up that site wasn't in my stock maker folder

Thank you, I had already contacted the business.
I don't think that you do know what I wanted. I was looking for information from those that have used them in the recent past.
I would like to know the same!
I've been looking at the CS700 for my 97k... and some Rowan bling to go with it...lol.
Price is half what most stock makers get!

Update for those interested. Delivery was right at 4 weeks, fit is perfect. From the time they sent shipping notice to my door step was 4 days. I went with their standard walnut without any checkering, stippling or grip cap. I will send it out for 4 panel checkering next week. This is the 4th stock that I have purchased from them, but the first in several years.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
@jim-bentley Thanks for posting your experience, I've been eyeing their stocks for a few years now. Glad to hear it's possible to get them here.
Does it have any palm swell on the grip?
And is the reach to the trigger any less (better) than the Weihrauch stock?
Yours looks real good bud, especially for "standard" wood!
It has a well fitting palm swell and the trigger reach is much better. The design also makes it much easier to shoot with a scope due to the higher comb.
@jim-bentley Thank you very much for that. That's the info I haven't been able to find elsewhere. I appreciate it! Hope you enjoy it, I know you will.
This is really great news Jim. For the longest time stocks such as this were too expensive to dress up your favorite airgun. I have a HW90 in a beech stock and hate it. In fact, that is the reason I've never shot it. The CS700 thumbhole with skipline checkering might be calling my name...
They are nice, but somewhat chunky (at least the two I have are) - in other words, if you want a sleek, svelte stock, this may not be the right choice.
For my R1 Carbine, I spoke with them by phone and was able to upgrade to a nicer piece of wood for about 50 GBP. In my case, it has nice fiddleback in the butt, but is still pretty vanilla straight grain in the forearm. It was worth it for me, and I was very happy with what I got.
Probably the biggest disappointment is they don't offer a stock for the HW30, which is one I would buy in a heartbeat. They do offer one for the HW50 - just remember it's known as the HW99 in the UK.
Edit: pic added
Second from the top is R1 carbine (with a Tanto) wearing upgraded CS500 with optional pistol grip cap (which I think is well worth it)
Bottom is HW95/98 CS800 standard grade, also with the walnut grip cap and optional stippling.
Unrelated but FYI: top is FWB 124 with ARH, third one down is R1 in a very nice factory beech Goudy stock.

Looking for a walnut stock for my RX1.
Hi Jim
I received my walnut stock in February 2018 no problems typical waiting period like everyone else / that makes two from them .
Jim,
That is really nice. Looks like you have not married the stock to the action just yet. You'll need to send it to me since I own an RX-1, RX-2, HW-90, and TB90. This will ensure you'll have a perfect fit to your action upon it's return. I know you don't have special tooling that you recommended to me, then I purchased. I will email you my address so you don't ruin the in-letting and break-in period of this fine piece of wood.
This is win/win. It the stock will come back to you "better than new" - whatever that means. You'll even have two choices of confirmation:
1. Awfully handwritten note that the stock was "handled" and blessed by my 94 year old grandmother - just like Paul Watts.
2. Etch with a dremel tool on the exterior wood that the stock has been anointed by a master airgun artisan - my name and date - just like another tuner that escapes my memory at the moment.
From there you can be rest assured you can achieve the highest level of confidence and accuracy out of your completed gun. Without this special knowledge and fondling, your level of success will never be attained with this rifle. Contact me to experience the next level of airgun magic that few have witnessed.
Ok, time to put the bong down....lol
