They way the clip/magazine fits against against the breech has bothered me; not exactly sealed.

In the past (my 1st Vigi) I took a Chinese B3 breech seal and cut it down and shaped it to slip over the breech of the barrel. Mag was tight to the seal when the gun was closed. Revolver action operated fine. No chrono, but it sounded louder.

This time around I was looking at a stretch band (surgical tubing) I was given for working out a pinched nerve, with exercise.

This band looked like it would work. Cut a 1/4" off the end and slipped it (tight) over the breech.

Just enough sticking out to ride against the mag.  Awesome!

? wow tough question....

with my digital calipers close as I can come

O.D is about .335

I.D is about.186

and wall thickness is about .075.

This is a tight stretch to fit over the barrel breech. HTH
