What is the correct size and material for a Crosman piercing endcap? I'm currently using buna-n, which seals just fine and holds forever, but I have to let the o-ring de-gas for about 15-20 minutes before it will fit back into the gas tube.
(BTW, this is on a CR187 that has been converted to dual-cart, with a CR400 pressurized gas tube, and a CR160 piercing endcap.)

well all o-rings that come in to contact with CO2 needs to be Urethane
most other material will absorb the CO2 and have the problem you have noticed
i believe the size is a 113 9/16 ID 3/4 OD 3/32 CS
it is part 150-54 or 150-054
now they have several different type of urethane Cast and other
