Hi everybody! Here is my FULL REVIEW of the new King of $300 PCP air rifles, the Air Venturi Avenger. The first link below is to the written review of the gun. The second link is straight to the full length Youtube video review of the gun. I suggest taking them both in for the full story.

Link to the written review here...

Hi Donnie, I watched the video. You did a great job on the review!

That thing looks like quite the nice package for the price. In fact, it seems pretty unbelievable, like you yourself say in the video.  It's definitely enough to really tempt a guy.

I want to mention that although you say there are two links, 1 to a written review and 1 to the video review, all I'm seeing here is the video review on YouTube. In other words, I don't see any link to a written review. I thought you might want to know that.

Hi Donnie, I've been searching for info on this rifle since I saw your post. I haven't found much about the tune-ability going the other direction, unless I just missed it. Do you know how low/light the reg/hammer springs can be adjusted if one were more interested in tuning for low power, higher shot count settings?

The gun does seem very well thought out. I wonder what the performance would be like on a 200 bar fill?

Oh my!

I don't see the written review link either.

I must have screwed up.

I'll see if I can fix it.

Hello there!

Indeed I do.

I now have this gun tuned to just under 20fpe.

The reg is set at about 2200psi, and the hammer spring is at minimum.

I haven't ran a full shot string from the 300BAR max fill yet, but I can tell you that you'll get CONSIDERABLY more shots!

I'll post the results of a full string at that tune as soon as I run one.

It'll actually be in the second vid I do on the gun.

Awesome! That's right around the energy I think I'd want. I appreciate the response and work you've put into bringing this information to the airgunner world.

Looking forward to your next video!

Hi Donnie, had a chance to try any shots out at 100 yards with this yet? Probably a little hopeful on my end, but would like to see something in this price range that worked well for those distances. My artemis m30 doesn't hold much accuracy past 50-60 yards unfortunately.

Hi Alex,

I have not yet shot this one at 100yds, but I certainly will.

I'll be producing more content on the Avenger, and that will definitely be in a future video.

I'll be sure to post it here.
