Looking for a nice muzzle brake for a new HW50S. I know of some of the generic ones that are at the major suppliers, anyone know of anything else that is high end and kind of cool?
I've mentioned this on here before but.......One option is from Tinbum tuning in England. Every once in a while he makes a run of barrel sleeves. They are heavy weight and nearly full-length, only about 1/4 inch shorter than the HW50s barrel. Also, exceptionally blued. I think I paid $60 or $70? Think HW98 barrel sleeve. I consider my little 50s a mini HW98. The sleeve made my already pleasant to shoot 50s, that much easier to shoot. The sleeve is also a very nice aesthetic. It doesn't do anything to reduce the report, but a the full-power Maccari kit made it a very docile, "thump" sound. The sleeve fits the "high end and cool" that you're looking for.
I've also posted this before but here it is again (people are gonna think I'm NCed with my repeat pictures).
Did you look at the one at Air Rifle Headquarters?
@franklink1
I think that is the nicest HW 50 that I have ever seen. Good job.

It's not particularly "high-end", but Archer Airguns sells a universal smooth muzzle brake for 15mm barrels that will fit the HW50 (but you will have to file down the front sight dovetails if your gun has them). Google "15 mm airgun muzzle brake" and it should come right up. They are nicely blued steel and look good, but if you don't want to add appreciable weight, then I would recommend going with an aluminum option (either something custom or one of the standard 16mm brakes with shims).
StraightShooters used to have a really nice one. I don' see it on their site anymore. They were kinda pricey but were super nice with shims.
Franklink1, that looks fantastic. I really like that barrel sleeve.
